Functional minimalism — Living room & bedroom, Les Gets

This small, one-bedroom flat of approximately 30 m², which we have completely redesigned and fitted out using high-quality Italian materials. Designed with the rental market in mind, it offers a space that is both cosy and elegant, where every detail – from the kitchen to the overall layout – has been designed for your comfort and to showcase its ideal location.

As part of a comprehensive interior design service, we worked at an early stage on the layout and optimisation of the spaces to create a one-bedroom flat that can accommodate up to four people, thanks in particular to a sofa bed in the living room. The main objective was to make the most of every square metre without ever creating a feeling of confinement.

Our only structural constraint was a load-bearing pillar, which we incorporated into our layout planning. After all, constraints can also be a great way to drive projects forward.

With no terrace or balcony, natural light also played a key role in defining the spaces. The choice of mineral materials and a minimalist aesthetic helps to create a bright, harmonious and pleasant atmosphere in which to live.
